Jason Ulm
President / Co-Founder
Growing up as a second-generation builder, Jason Ulm was immersed in the construction industry from an early age.
Hard work and integrity were foundational principles instilled in him, which continue to guide his career today. Jason’s passion for custom home building goes beyond craftsmanship; it’s about building meaningful relationships and creating spaces that reflect the beauty and creativity of each homeowner’s vision. Identifying a gap in the custom home market, Jason co-founded Shoreline Construction with a mission to provide a building experience where design ideas flourish while ensuring open communication about opportunities and constraints.
I want clients to feel empowered, with a clear understanding of what’s happening before, during, and after construction. My role is to be their advocate, protecting their interests and helping to deliver the home of their dreams.

Dylan Skinner, our operational leader, believes that the best projects are built on a foundation of good design, pre-planning, and effective problem-solving.
As an Eagle Scout and a licensed Professional Engineer, Dylan embodies the values of integrity and precision. With a master’s degree in construction engineering from Rutgers University, he brings extensive experience from working on large-scale residential, commercial, and public projects. His dedication to detail and excellence ensures that every Shoreline project is executed with professionalism and care.
